Chandra Ranganathan

Chandra is currently the co-founder and CEO of Opsera, a continuous orchestration platform for Next-Gen DevOps. In Prior roles, Chandra was the Head of Enterprise Infrastructure for Uber and Vice President of IT at Symantec. Chandra is a technology executive with experience spanning Information Technology, Product Management, and Product Engineering in the High-Tech and Finance industries, with domain expertise in DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security. Chandra holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Wharton School and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from India. In his spare time, he mentors Bay Area high school students in STEM programs is active in non-profit community services, and enjoys outdoor activities such as marathons and skydiving."

Dr. Gautham Pallappa

Dr. Gautham Pallapa is an Executive Advisor for VMware. He works with C-Suite and executives at Global 2000 enterprise customers in transforming their strategy, processes, technologies, culture, and people to achieve their objectives and business outcomes. His mantra is "Transform with Empathy" and has successfully led several business transformations and cloud modernization efforts in various industry verticals. Gautham is an agile coach, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a SAFe Agilist, and an Ambassador for the DevOps Institute. He writes/talks/works on transformation, elevating humans, helping underprivileged people, and giving back to the community. He has an upcoming book called "Lead with Empathy" which explores these topics in detail.

Jayne Groll

Jayne Groll is co-founder and CEO of the DevOps Institute (DOI) whose mission is to advance the human elements of DevOps. Her IT management career spans over 25 years of senior IT management roles across a wide range of industries. Her expertise spans multiple domains including DevOps, Agile, ITIL/ITSM and Leadership. She is the author of the Agile Service Management Guide. Jayne is a recognized and respected IT thought leader and influencer and is very active in the global DevOps, ITSM and Agile communities and is a frequent presenter at local, national and virtual events.
