Opsera product marketering conceives and executes go-to-market plans for the most strategic areas of the business. We’re looking for a highly talented, driven, and self-motivated technical marketing professional who can lead product marketing for Opsera’s devops and observability features. 

This is a high-impact role that will work across our Opsera sales, product, and marketing teams, to develop content to power our go-to-market plans and solutions that position Opsera as a leading developer platform.

What you'll do:

  • Create crisp and compelling messaging, content assets, sales enablement, and more to be used by Opsera marketing and sales teams, as well as partner teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with demand generation, content marketing, sales, product management, and other teams to build alignment around go-to-market plans 
  • Communicate customer requirements and provide input to product management on product enhancements and future product direction.
  • Develop market/competitive intelligence, acting as our thought leader and expert
  • Manage Opsera’s Analyst Relations function partnering with the CMO and leadership

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of proven product marketing experience ideally related to DevOps tools, DevOps Platforms, CI/CD pipelines, databases, data management, and AI tooling
  • Cross-functional team management and organizational skills, collaborate and influence across the company, including senior management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an intuitive understanding of what motivates developers and aligns stakeholders. You can synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations and plans, with a strong creative approach to your work.
  • Analytical and problem-solving. You have a knack for understanding how customers use products, identifying gaps, and proactively finding areas of opportunity
  • Technical- and business-benefit understanding of prevailing and emerging data technologies, developer tools, AI/ML products, etc
  • BS/BA
  • Willingness to travel periodically to support tradeshows, events & customer engagements

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
